This project was originally intended to be a collection of multiple black & white photographs available to the public for free. The ten instructions written on the artist's own knuckles offer the public a simple guide to affirmative living in the modern world. The animated GIF file can be saved by right-clicking on the image and selecting 'Save Picture As' so everyone can spread the positive message. The work has a Public Domain licence.
